Toll buys another NZ transport and logistics firm

Toll Holdings has bought Wellington-based transport and logistics company JD Lyons & Co through its subsidiary, Toll Logistics (CL).

The company has extensive warehousing and linehaul capability in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
