Rise in Tasman capacity hurting

Air New Zealand's cargo division says the oversupply of airlines on trans-Tasman routes has forced yields down and caused significant losses.
The airline is reviewing its trans-Tasman operations and said it will need to take out a further 15-20% of costs for it to be sustainable.
