Gas scare closes Bosporus

The Bosporus was closed to shipping on Sunday after seven 22-tonne tanks of highly flammable LPG floated free from a ro-ro that sank in bad weather.
At one point some 90 vessels were waiting to enter the key waterway, including five ships over 200 metres in length. Local ferries were also cancelled.
The eight-strong crew of the ferry were all rescued. But recovery of the tanks...
