Clash over coal and woodchips
A legal dispute over the use of a conveyer belt has the potential to cause significant disruption to the export of coal and woodchips from Bunbury Port.
Hansol is seeking an injunction to stop the Bunbury Port Authority from loading coal on the conveyer belt it uses to load wood chips. A hearing is scheduled for April 12 at the West Australian Supreme Court.
