Bring back details, judge scolds ACCC
The Australian Compe-tition and Consumer Commission has been told to be more specific about allegations against Australia's two largest stevedores.
The ACCC alleged in the Federal Court this week that automotive stevedore Australian Amalgamated Terminals (AAT), and joint-venture partners Patrick Stevedores and P&O Ports had colluded on stevedoring prices and continued to breach the Trade Practices Act.
