NYK in drastic profit revision

Nippon Yusen Kaisha has lowered its net profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31.
Japan's largest shipowner and logistics provider now estimates full-year 2008 net profit at 14bn (US$142.7m), down from an estimated 73bn predicted in December 2008.
NYK said the severe downturn in shipping rates and available cargo was only partially responsible...
