OPINION: LNG fleet off the boil

AN AIR of quiet desperation appears to be creeping into the liquefied natural gas (LNG) shipping industry.
It is a niche, if capital intensive, area, boasting a fleet of little more than 300 vessels.
Yet comfortably more than 10% of that fleet is reckoned to be idle.
Industry estimates suggest between 30 and 35 vessels...
