$45m Albury-Seymour rail upgrade completed

Work on the Albury-Seymour section of the Sydney-Melbourne rail upgrade has been completed.
The $45m project saw 225,000 timber sleepers replaced by concrete sleepers during a four-month project which directly employed 120 people and used sleepers produced by Austrak's Wagga Wagga factory.
