Nasser to take helm of BHP Billiton

BHP Billiton board member Jac Nasser will take over as chairman when incumbent Don Argus retires from the mining giant early next year.
The selection ends an 18-month process to find Mr Argus's replacement, the company said.
Mr Argus has been chairman of the mining giant for the last 10 years and a member of the BHP board for the past 13 years.
