Major channel-deepening work in Port Phillip Bay officially ended today, with the Royal Boskalis Westminster dredger, Queen Of The Netherlands, expected to depart on Saturday.

Minor dredging in the Yarra River as well as work on navigation aids, berths and services protection is ongoing, but Port of Melbourne Corporation chief executive Stephen Bradford expects this work to be finished by the end...
