Swire, Air China increase stake in Cathay Pacific

Swire Pacific and Air China are to increase their shareholding in Hong Kong airline Cathay Pacific.
Cathay Pacific has announced two transactions which will see CITIC Pacific sell a further 12.5% shareholding to Air China for HK$6.3bn and an additional 2% stake to Swire Pacific for about HK$1bn.
Air China will now own 29.99% of the airline...
