DNV rolls out port state control 'tool kit'
Class society DNV has received a positive response from Australian shipowners and managers to its new port state control (PSC) inspections "tool kit".
DNV Maritime's Australian and New Zealand manager, Denzal Hargreaves, said today the kit was part of a global initiative.
