THE COMPETITION watchdog is reviewing the P&O Trans Australia (POTA) acquisition of transport group Maritime Container Services (MCS).
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has called for market submissions to determine if the deal would substantially lessen competition.
