Fleet Management fined US$10m over Cosco Busan

US GOVERNMENT prosecutors have extracted a criminal fine of US$10m from Fleet Management, the operator of the Cosco Busan, for the discharge of more than 50,000 gallons of fuel oil into San Francisco Bay in a November 2007 casualty.
