Watchdog’s pay penalty
THE FAIR Work Ombudsman (FWO) is seeking to prosecute the operators and director of Melbourne’s Exclusive Food Houses for allegedly underpaying a delivery truck driver more than $32,000.
The driver worked for the specialist foods importer and distributor, also known as Olara Pty Ltd and Exofun Pty Ltd, from 1983 to 2008, the federal workplace watchdog said.
