Security chief says naval forces have right to board suspicious vessels
NAVAL forces operating in the Gulf of Aden and off the coast of Africa should target suspected pirate motherships, arresting them for non-compliance with the International Safety Management code if necessary, BIMCO’s security chief has urged.
