Airfreight exports hold, imports plummet

EXPORTS have again emerged as the sole source of light in an increasingly-gloomy outlook for Australia’s air cargo sector.

But figures show that just as Australia’s seafreight volumes are still comparatively strong, so too is its airfreight well-positioned against a murky global backdrop.
