The Maritime Union of Australia has taken a fresh swipe at the Australian Crime Commission (ACC) over the linking of port security to anti-crime measures.

Mixed message: Union says dock security too important to be hijacked.

The union detailed its objections in its submission to the parliamentary joint committee on the Australian Crime Commission in its Inquiry into the adequacy of aviation and maritime security measures to combat serious and organised crime.
