K&S to enter WA boom with Pacific Transport buy

K&S Corporation will buy Perth's privately-owned Pacific Transport for an undisclosed sum, the South Australian company said on Friday.

The purchase continues a trend towards consolidation of the fractured market by larger transport and logistics firms.
