Brisbane executive Michele Dougal has won a seat on the new Famous Pacific Shipping (FPS) board as the Asia-based non-vessel operating common carrier and freight forwarding network restructured its top management
The constitution of the FPS Group has been re-written and the group executive committee has been replaced by a newly-elected advisory board to provide governance for the group.
The moves were revealed yesterday after the annual general meeting in Macau.
The new board will now be chaired by Kettivit Sittisoontornwong, FPS Logistics (Thailand), who was joined by Ms Dougal, FPS Brisbane; Jens-Ole Holmager, Team Freight Denmark; Gihan Nanayakkara, FPS Sri Lanka; and Alfred Steinen, FS Mackenzie UK.
