The Mannway transport and logistics group will cease to exist by Christmas, receiver Ferrier Hodgson said late yesterday.

A buyer for the whole Melbourne-headquartered group had been sought since Ferrier Hodgson was appointed as voluntary administrator on October 14.

However no buiyer has been found and the company will be wound up...
