Industrial action feared at WA ports

Fremantle Ports is expected to be in talks tomorrow with the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) about pay rostering issues.

Like the offshore construction sector, long-running negotiations over a new enterprise bargaining agreement had reached an impasse, the MUA said.

Waterside workers at Fremantle and Esperance were reportedly considering industrial action.
