Boost for Hancock's Galilee coal project

Queensland will declare the coal rail corridor from Alpha and Kevin’s Corner to Abbot Point an infrastructure facility of significance, the state government announced today.

The announcement follows a meeting between Queensland premier Anna Bligh and the Hancock Prospecting chair Gina Rinehart.
