New Pacific Line and Austral Asia Line will joint-market their Asia to Pacific Island service from January 1.
Since being acquired by Schoeller Group in 2006, New Pacific Line has been operating three self-geared containerships as AAL's carrier.
The pair will now market its operation as New Pacific Line out of Singapore and issue new bills of lading.
The service and port calls are unchanged.
