Swire takes control of PNG's Consort line

The Swire Group has taken majority control of Papua New Guinea’s Consort Express Line after buying half of Lutheran Shipping’s shares.

Consort has been owned in equal parts by Swire-owned Steamships Trading, the Lutheran Church’s Lutheran Shipping and Hong Kong businessman Anton Lee, a former Rabaul resident.
