The five-day committal hearing involving Pacific Adventurer master Bernardino Gonzales Santos has been adjourned for two months, a Swire spokeswoman has confirmed.
Captain Santos faces a charge of disposal of oil in coastal waters and failure to notify authorities, relating to the March spill of bunker oil in southeast Queensland.
Originally set down for May 10, a new hearing date...
