BRISBANE-based Europacific Forwarding has been sold to SDV Australia, owned by France’s largest transport and logistics company, Bollore Logistics.
SDV has existing operations in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth, employing 120 people in Australia.
The acquisition of Europacific will give SDV a presence in Brisbane, which it hopes to use to develop markets in New Zealand and the Pacific islands.
