THE FIVE-day committal hearing for Pacific Adventurer master Bernardino Gonzales Santos has been postponed by two months, a Swire spokeswoman has confirmed.
Captain Santos faces a charge of disposal of oil in coastal waters and failure to notify authorities, relating to the March spill of bunker oil in south-east Queensland.
