Heatwave stops Melbourne and Adelaide docks
Ships were held at container terminals in Melbourne and Adelaide last week when workers exposed to the sun ceased operations.
Under the Patrick Terminal certified agreement, employees at Patrick's East Swanson Dock performing tasks in areas not air-conditioned can stop working once the temperature exceeds 38 degrees.
