Brussels clears Tui to sell Hapag-Lloyd
The European Commission has given Tui clearance to sell its container line Hapag-Lloyd to the Hamburg-based Albert Ballin consortium, Lloyds List reported.
The commission said it had approved Khne Holding, Hamburg's investment vehicle HGV and Tui to take joint control of Hapag Lloyd.
Tui currently owns 100% of Hapag-Lloyd. Tui spokesman Robin Zimmermann said it could take three to four weeks...
