If senior DP World Australia (DPWA) executives could choose one government reform, harmonisation across the states would be the one.

But with up to 600 projects, by some counts, seeking review for a national approach by the likes of the Council of Australian Governments and Infrastructure Australia, they would be advised not to hold their breath as they get in...
