Shipping lines defend extra rail charge

Extra fees for containers moved by rail should be charged at the discretion of shipping lines, Shipping Australia Limited chief executive Llew Russell said yesterday.
Mr Russell said while SAL supported moving as many containers as possible off Sydney terminals...
