Law surge on charter defaults

A Deluge of charter default cases has made the first two months of this year the busiest ever for UK law firm Andrew Jackson.
The downturn is causing a lot of people to default on charters and has led to an increase in work as a result, Jackson senior partner Dominic Ward said.
