Top end chaos blocks road, rail supplies

Destructive floods in northern Australia have played havoc with freight, logisitics and infrastructure over the past week.

National freight company Northline increased its charges by 25% after heavy rains washed away 100 metres of the Barkly Highway closing the main arterial road between Queensland and the Northern Territory.
