Dalrymple queue jumps downturn

The queue of ships at Queensland's Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (DBCT) has halved since September, but the terminal insisted that expansion plans would be remain on the table.

However, the marked drop in vessel arrivals and total tonnage moving through the terminal and the neighbouring Hay Point Coal Services could mean postponement.
