Work begins on $30m upgrade of Tasmanian rail network

QR has begun work with Pacific National on a $30m upgrade of Tasmania's neglected freight rail network.
The work includes laying 140,000 new sleepers and re-railing up to 20km of track.
Work began in Burnie last week and was progressing...
