New demands on Swire as pressure mounts

Swire Shipping has been asked to remove containers from the seabed off southeast Queensland since the Pacific Adventurer casualty in March.

This follows continued Queensland fishing industry concerns about the unavailability of parts of the bay following the March 13 incident which saw 31 containers of ammonium-nitrate fall from the 23,737dwt containership during Cyclone Hamish.
