GrainCorp raises $138m in share issue
Australian grain handler and marketing company GrainCorp has raised $138m from its share purchase plan.

Under the plan, the company will issue about 22.05m new shares at $6.25 apiece, which is the same price offered under its institutional placement on May 19.
