ABB ready for record shipments from Ardrossan
Agribusiness ABB Grain's non-grain specialist shipping terminal, Ardrossan, was preparing for its busiest period on record with 30 ships lined up in the next two months, the company said today.
The South Australia-based export terminal was expected to ship up to 300,000 tonnes of limestone, dolomite and salt over the next eight weeks for both local and overseas customers, ABB's Yorke Peninsula business manager Tim Gurney said.
