Neptune's Asian push sees new Singapore acquisition

Neptune Marine has signed a letter of intent to buy Singapore inspection, repair and maintenance firm Core IRM for $11.35m, the Perth offshore engineering company said today.

The purchase will be 90% funded by equity raised in its June 5 share placement.
