Residential and commercial developer City Pacific will relocate its residential waterfront complex near the Port of Townsville to at least 1 km from the port.
Queensland infrastructure minister Stirling Hinchliffe said City Pacific had lodged a revised plan for the $1bn Townsville Ocean Terminal Project to the Co-ordinator General, who had initally approved the project in February subject to a number of conditions being met.
