Eileen Doyle will step down from her role as chair of Port Waratah Coal Services (PWCS) at the end of this month.
Prof Doyle has been at the helm of the Newcastle terminal operator for 11 years, presiding over several expansion projects that have boosted loading capacity to 113m tonnes a year.
