Cars set to best coal at Port Kembla
CAR IMPORTS are expected to generate more revenue for Port Kembla than its coal operations in the next few years, according to chief executive Dom Figliomeni.
Coal currently makes up about 40%-50% of Port Kembla’s total revenue but the relatively new car imports division will likely overtake that in the next five years, Mr Figliomeni said.
