Singapore box traffic falls 18%

SINGAPORE container volumes were down 18% during the first half of the year mark at 12.3m teu.
According to figures from the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore, the port handled 12.3m teu in the first six months of 2009 compared to 15m teu a year earlier.
