SYDNEY Ports Corporation expects to announce its decision on Port Botany’s third container terminal operator by mid-August.
Thirteen operators expressed interest in the site by last September’s deadline, with five selected to submit a tender.
Meanwhile, corporation chief Grant Gilfillan has told Lloyd’s List DCN that the $1bn port expansion remains on schedule and within budget.
