AUSTRALIAN woodchip exporters have sealed a benchmark price with Japan at the current rate, ITC Limited chief executive Vince Erasmus said this week.
Mr Erasmus, who led the negotiations on behalf of Australian plantation hardwood producers, said the talks secured maintenance of the existing price of $207.40 free on board per “bone dry metric tonne” for environmentally-certified plantation grown bluegum exported from Australia...
