ACCC approves ABB-Viterra link

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has told ABB Grain that it would not halt its proposed link with Canadian agribusiness Viterra, ABB said yesterday.

The link, which South Australian producers' body South Australian Farmers Federation Grains Industry Committee (SAFF Grain) had dubbed against growers' interests, has been approved by ABB's board.
