BHP Billiton's Olympic Dam project should have major impacts on South Australia, if its draft environmental impact study (EIS) is anything to go by.
The unveiling of the study last month had been awaited eagerly for the insight it would give into the miner's needs in building what has been described, as the world's most valuable mine.
