TRANSPORT officials in Hong Kong are pressing ahead with plans to build a tenth container terminal costing US$1bn, despite the slump in container volumes.
The move was confirmed by transport and housing minister Eva Cheng, who told local lawmaker Regina Ip that work on a feasibility study into plans for the terminal was under way for completion in early 2011.
