Watchdog to rule on Toll tilt for Perkins

THE WIDELY-anticipated plan by Toll Group to buy Perkins Shipping still needs Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) support to go ahead.

Toll Group announced on Monday that it had reached an agreement to acquire 100% of Darwin-based Perkins Shipping’s parent, Perkin Group Holdings, for an undisclosed sum.
